I, Patricia Aeberli, Certified Emotion Code®, Body Code™ & Belief Code® Practitioner, based in 4153 Reinach, Switzerland, am committed to protecting and handling your personal and sensitive data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Purpose of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your personal information when you engage with my services, visit my website, or otherwise communicate with me.

  • Health and session data: Information about your health situation, previous treatments, session notes, energy and emotion codes, test results, and other related information you share with me during our work.

I receive this data exclusively:

  • directly from you (e.g., by email, in person, or through a form), or

  • through third-party tools you use (e.g., Doodle, Stripe, Wix).

Your personal data is used solely for the following purposes:

  • to provide the agreed services (sessions, guidance, communication),

  • to manage appointments, administration, and billing,

  • to comply with legal record-keeping obligations, and

  • to inform you about relevant offers (only with your explicit consent).

Your data will only be shared with:

  • individuals or service providers who need it to fulfill contractual or legal obligations (e.g., accounting, hosting, payment providers),

  • and only if they are aware of and compliant with applicable data protection laws and bound by confidentiality agreements.

Data will not be shared with third parties (e.g., insurers, authorities) unless you have given explicit consent or a legal obligation exists (e.g., a court order).

  • Physical records (e.g., handwritten notes) are stored in a locked room or cabinet.

  • Electronic data is protected by firewalls, passwords, and secure connections.

  • Your data will generally be deleted 20 years after your last session, unless legal retention obligations require a longer period.

My website is hosted on the platform Wix.com, which stores data on secure servers (partly located in the EU, USA, and Israel).
Israel is recognized by both Switzerland and the EU as a country providing adequate data protection.

Appointments are scheduled via Doodle.com.
Doodle processes personal data in accordance with its Terms and Privacy Policy:

Payments are handled via Stripe, which implements technical and organizational security measures to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • request access to the personal data I hold about you,

  • receive a copy of your data in a commonly used electronic format,

  • request correction of inaccurate data,

  • request deletion of your data (unless prohibited by legal obligations), and

  • withdraw your consent for data processing at any time.

Requests are generally processed within 30 days, free of charge.
