General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, consultations, energetic sessions, programs, courses, and online offerings provided by Patricia Aeberli, Certified Emotion Code®, Body Code™ & Belief Code® Practitioner, based in 4153 Reinach, Switzerland.
By booking a session, program, or participating in any of my offerings (online or in person), you agree to these Terms and Conditions as binding.
2. Nature of Services / Disclaimer
Please note that my sessions, consultations, and energy work do not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or naturopathic treatment.
My work serves to activate and support your body’s self-healing abilities, emotional balance, and personal growth.
I do not diagnose, promise healing outcomes, or prescribe medication. Medical diagnoses and treatments can only be provided by physicians, psychotherapists, or licensed healthcare practitioners.
Participation in my services is voluntary and at your own responsibility.
I assume no liability for any consequences resulting from a session, including those related to concurrent medical treatments or medication use.
3. Duration and Process of Sessions
The structure and duration of the work depend on the specific program you choose.
In The Inner Power Revolution™, the journey unfolds over 16 weeks, including regular 1:1 sessions (approximately 60 minutes each) and additional personal support between sessions.
Individual sessions may also be arranged separately upon request.
4. Cancellation Policy
All scheduled appointments are binding.
If you are unable to attend, please notify me at least two business days (48 hours) in advance — by phone at +41 79 890 84 10 or by email at hello@patriciainnerpower.com.
Cancellations made later than this or missed appointments will be charged in full, except in the case of a verifiable emergency.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
Service fees are individually agreed upon and communicated before or at the time of booking.
Payments are accepted in cash or by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of late payment, I reserve the right to charge reminder fees and interest on arrears.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
I am bound by professional confidentiality and comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
All information shared during our collaboration is treated with strict confidentiality.

7. Online Programs and Digital Content
For online offerings (such as courses, programs, or digital materials), the following applies:
Access to course content, recordings, and materials is personal and may not be shared with third parties.
All provided materials remain the intellectual property of Patricia Aeberli and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
Technical issues or third-party service interruptions (e.g., hosting platforms, internet connection, payment providers) do not entitle participants to compensation or refunds.
8. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or application of my services, unless such damages are caused by demonstrable intent or gross negligence on my part.
Each client assumes full responsibility for their physical and emotional wellbeing, as well as for any decisions made during or after the sessions.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Reinach BL, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions specify otherwise.
10. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In such cases, a legally valid provision shall apply that most closely reflects the original economic intent.
I reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The most recent version, as published on my website, shall apply.
