The Body Release Process is a focused series of five sessions where we identify and release what your body has been carrying behind persistent symptoms.

 

Using Emotion Code and Body Code, we work to:

 

  • identify emotional and energetic layers connected to the symptoms

  • release trapped emotional energy

  • correct energetic imbalances in the body

  • allow the nervous system and body to relax and recalibrate

 

Many people notice shifts such as:

 

  • deep physical relaxation

  • reduced tension or pain

  • mental quietness and clarity

  • a feeling of lightness in the body

  • temporary tiredness as the body releases stored energy
