1. Scope

 

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the services and digital products offered by Patricia Aeberli, The Inner Power Revolution, 4153 Reinach, Switzerland (hereinafter the “Provider”).

They apply in particular to:

• paid one-to-one sessions,

• free introductory conversations,

• digital products and downloadable materials,

• and any other services or products offered through the website, unless otherwise agreed.

The specific content, scope, duration and price of an individual service or product are set out in the respective offer or booking page.

​

By booking or purchasing a service or product, you agree to these GTC.

2. Nature of the Services

 

My one-to-one services provide personal support through conversation, reflection and questioning. They are intended to support clients in examining decisions, patterns and factors that may be relevant to their personal development and decision-making.

My services do not constitute medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic treatment. I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions, prescribe medication or make any guarantee regarding outcomes.

​

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions. Where medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice is required, clients should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

​

Digital products and downloadable materials are provided for personal reflection and informational purposes and do not constitute individual advice or professional treatment.

3. Booking and Delivery

​

Sessions take place exclusively online via Zoom.

​

The duration and scope of a session are stated in the respective offer or booking page.

​

Sessions are not recorded unless expressly agreed otherwise in advance.

​

Digital products are delivered electronically or made available for download after purchase, as described during the purchasing process.

​

Free resources may be provided by email or through a download page.

​

4. Prices and Payment

 

The prices published on the website at the time of booking or purchase apply. All prices include applicable Swiss VAT where the service or product is subject to VAT; prices are shown in USD or CHF or the currency indicated at the time of booking or purchase.

Payment is made as part of the online booking or purchasing process using the payment methods offered.

​

A chargeable booking or purchase becomes binding only after successful payment.

​

Free introductory conversations and resources expressly identified as free of charge are provided free of charge.

​

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation

​

Agreed appointments are binding.

​

Rescheduling or cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment.

​

For later cancellations or non-attendance, the session is deemed to have taken place, unless there is a demonstrable emergency.

​

For free introductory conversations, timely cancellation is likewise appreciated.

​

6. Right of Withdrawal

 

For online bookings and purchases, the information on the right of withdrawal displayed during the respective booking or purchasing process applies.

​

Where legally permissible and expressly requested by the client, a booked session may be carried out while a withdrawal period is still running. In this case, the arrangements confirmed during the booking process apply.

​

For digital products and downloadable materials, any applicable rights of withdrawal, cancellation or refund are governed by the information provided during the purchasing process and by applicable mandatory law.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

 

All personal information disclosed in the course of our work together is treated confidentially.

​

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and – where applicable – the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Intellectual Property

 

All content, materials and digital products remain the intellectual property of the Provider.

​

Any distribution, publication or reproduction without written consent is not permitted.

9. Liability

 

Participation is at your own responsibility.

​

I am liable exclusively for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

​

Clients take responsibility for the decisions they make on the basis of the services, digital products and materials provided.

10. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

 

Swiss law applies exclusively. This choice of law is subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence, to the extent these are applicable under private international law.

The place of jurisdiction is Reinach BL, to the extent permitted by law.

​

11. Final Provisions

 

Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

​

The version published on the website at the time of booking or purchase applies.
