Service Description

A private 60-minute 1:1 session over Zoom, where we explore what your body might still be responding to. A clear place to begin — and a real feel for the work. If you continue with a five-session package within 30 days, the full cost of this session is credited towards it.

Cancellation Policy

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. For cancellations within 24 hours, or if a session is missed, I'm not able to offer a refund — but I'll gladly offer you one alternative time. Free 30-minute conversations can be rescheduled or cancelled anytime.
